在这个世界上，存在着名为“魔女”的少女们。

是持有着如果有强烈地希望改变这个现实的愿望的话、就会给周围带来灾祸的奇妙的“体质”的存在。

因为某个脑机能的异常而被称为“魔女”的存在，这几年来数量急剧增加，一点点地将这个社会带入混乱之中。

主人公，是与如此的四个“魔女”们一起生活的名为“保护监察官”的青年。

守护着、支持着这些作为“魔女”而被社会驱逐的少女。

引导着受伤的少女们走向崭新的人生，同时，为了到达包含着其过去的“真实”……。
