那是一个被囚禁的少女们的世界里卷起「暴风雨」的夜晚。

故事发生在离现在不远的未来。人工智能和机器人开始普及的年代，世间也开始流传着存在着像龙啊，狼人啊这样一类超科学的传说。

某日，少女给不认识的人发出了一份邮件。

这封连收到的人是谁也不知道的邮件，上面写着的只是短短的一句话『Save Our Ship』。

可是令人惊讶的是，这封邮件确实是送到了某个人的手上了。

世界有名的研究学園環境都市・ツクバ。

市区陈列着巨大的摩天大楼和花费巨额经费建造的街道，而周围的郁绿田野和美丽的牧场同时也得到了保留——这里就是这样一个新都市。

在这个ツクバ市郊外的一家大宅里，住着父母双亡的一对姐妹。

而在一个暴风雨的夜里，大宅的门被一个男人敲响了。

他的真正身份到底是谁？而他为什么在天晴的时候都伞不离手呢？

由宇宙落下来看不见的流星雨，今天仍在继续。

在这把大伞的下面，他和她们能不能成为真正的家人呢。

然而，在『家人』这种纯粹的羁绊下，他们开始互相了解，终于彼此之间成为了真正的『家人』。

当然，这个故事并不会就此完结。

另一方面，少女发出的邮件收到了这样的回复。
