結束根之國冒險後，猛一行人回到現世已經過了半年。
已恢復平靜的日常生活卻因サクヤ突如其來從根之國來到現世引發大騷動。
還有個自稱是サクヤ未婚夫的名叫ニニギ的神秘少年也一起來到現世。
因為討厭他纏著自己於是サクヤ立刻抱住了猛說了：「這個人才是我所愛的人」
整件事因此陷入五里霧中。
就在猛與ニニギ一觸即發的瞬間，原本留在根之國剛與卑彌呼也突然現身．．．．。
為了收拾現在的混亂的局面，サクヤ與ニニギ只好暫時留在塔馬家。
於是身為學園理事長的猛的祖父六介將サクヤ她們也編制入學，展開學園生活
不久之後隨即出現的新角色們。以及在現代湧出惡靈們。
這樣和平的日子就這樣了宣告結束，波瀾萬丈的學園生活拉開了序幕
